A volumetry with subtractions and setbacks that become wide terraces for each of the apartments without sacrificing the profitability of the project. In terms of volumetry and general distribution, there are two blocks, one towards the street and the other at the back. Both are linked through a central void that also serves as an articulating element of the vertical and horizontal circulations that open towards the same. The base of the void is a wooded garden that becomes the green heart of the project. Towards the front, on the ground floor, a commercial atrium is generated, which liberates the wall enclosure and widens the relationship between the basement and the road.
